We are familiar with the particular strengths and focuses of our approximately 300 translators, and we pick them according to the specifications and needs of our clients. Our linguists always translate into their native language.
Our project management includes discussing your precise requirements, briefing and supporting the translator, monitoring all deadlines and checking the quality of the finished translation. Given the choice, we prefer to work with documents in the latest Office formats or other editable formats. This makes the whole process easier, and it ensures that you receive the translation in the same format as your original document. In specific projects, we use translation tools, such as SDL Trados Studio, which recognises repeated text and helps to ensure that specific terminology is used consistently. We can also process Adobe InDesign files with these tools.
And because we are committed to delivering truly excellent quality, our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 standards. If required, and at additional cost, we can also process translations in accordance with the strict guidelines of the DIN EN ISO 17100 standard.
